About Green Hand Farm

Green Hand Farm is owned and operated by David and Patricia Hand. We are an operating farm but have dedicated a section of our farm for your fun and entertainment! We're located in Gloucester, Virginia - a convenient drive from Newport News, Richmond, and Virginia Beach.

Green Hand Farm Park

Green Hand Farm added its Farm Park for families and groups in the fall of 2010. The park includes a 5.5 acre Giant Corn Maze and a 2-acre pumpkin patch. Our straw castle and straw maze compliment our military theme design and offer hours of fun for the whole family. The Farm Park will is an ideal destination for field trips as we tailor programs to reinforce school SOLs and provide a fun yet informative trip through our farm.

Our entire staff is eager to lead all ages of friends, family and neighbors through an adventurous, fun-packed experience. Get a group together to come play for the day and then finish off the evening with a cozy campfire while roasting some marshmallows, S'Mores, or hotdogs!

The Giant Corn Maze and other attractions in our Green Hand Farm Park are a great way to spend some family time while enjoying the fresh country air!
